offers a wide range of services including paranormal investigations,
space clearings and house blessings in Durham Region.When providing any of these services, we use a team of 2 to 5 people depending on the services we are performing.
Our rates and guidelines are as follows:
Initial consultation by phone or email is FREE.
Initial interview and assessment if required is FREE. At the interview/assessment, we will go over all documents required and we request a non-refundable deposit of $100 towards any services contracted for. In cases where we are filming the service and there is no fee payable, the $100 is returned to you in full upon completion of the service.
Investigation and report: $175
Space/energy clearing: $175
House Blessing (non-denominational) $175
Your deposit will be deducted from any services performed. We offer discounts for clients wanting all 3 services and can customize our service to your needs. Paranormal Solutions provides all the equipment and supplies needed for the above services. Any additional expenses, such as travel outside of Durham or unusual supply requirements, will be discussed and contracted for separately.
We film and digitally record some of the investigations and clearings we perform and we may select your property for project portfolio. If you agree to your services being filmed for promo and other purposes, you will receive an additional discount or fees will be waived.
Please note that, due to the nature of paranormal and metaphysical work, we can not guarantee any of our services for results. We work with the highest integrity and intent but accept no liability for any outcome, spiritual, metaphysical or material, resulting from our service.

MORE ABOUT OUR SERVICES:
When we come into your home or business to do an investigation or clearing, we come with a small, professional crew. We usually come in with a professional camera man and we have two video cameras running throughout the investigation. The team leader is Zsuzsana, a psychic and sensitive, the director is her partner Terry, who is also a sensitive, and the team includes a psychic medium. On occasion we will bring in an Energy Consultant or other expert depending on the situation we are investigating/clearing.
We are very professional and discreet. We treat both our clients and the spirits with utmost respect. We have heard many horror stories of people who have had paranormal investigation teams in (both amateur and professional) who have created havoc in one form or another and we consider such behaviour shameful. At Spirit Matters/Paranormal Solutions, we are all mature, professional members of the business community and we will happily supply references and any background info required.
Our main purpose in conducting paranormal investigations:
1. To research and gather information and evidence of paranormal activity.
2. To assist those clients who are being disturbed by hauntings.
3. To record our investigations and capture on video and other equipment compelling evidence of the paranormal. We are working on several film/video productions for distribution on the web and TV.
Prior to any investigations, we discuss and agree in writing with the client about such details as anonymity protection requirements and related matters. We require waivers from all clients/locations and everyone involved to protect everyone's interests.
Investigations are usually about 2 - 3 hours in length. We request that there be a minimum amount of interruption during the investigation and filming (children, pets, interested visitors, phone calls, etc.) We bring our own equipment and try to be non-obtrusive and respectful of our client's space. After our first walk-through we decide how we will contact and communicate with any spirits we find. We often do a séance to this end and the client is always welcome to take part. We do NOT deal in the occult and we do NOT communicate or work with demons and such. We NEVER try to goad or rile up any spirits and have never had a situation where our services have stirred up any negative energy.
We commonly hear that professional TV shows and crews have previously investigated some of the locations we are called into, and have either left the scene in a more unbalanced state or have not been able to "cross over" or rescue the spirits or clear the haunting. We cannot guarantee that a spirit can be crossed over upon request. We can only try to create a harmonious and supportive environment and ask or guide the spirit over, if this is what the client desires. We can no more force a spirit to do something than we can force another person. What we do offer, however, is to be available for any follow up work needed. We take utmost care not to cause any negative energy disturbances through our work.
Spirit Matters Media and Paranormal Solutions do not claim to be experts of any kind. We do have a great deal of experience in the paranormal and the metaphysical and we are sensitive to "other worlds". Whether our client comes to us out of curiosity or in need of help, we will do our best to address the activity and open the lines of communication between the living and the "other side".
